Every staff needs to meet. Not everyone knows where to start when developing their staff meetings. This book is a framework for getting you on the right track from the beginning. Meeting pages include opening and check-in, re-cap the prior week, prepping for Sunday, program planning, and looking ahead at the calendar. 

We recommend printing front-to-back and placing in a 3-ring binder so that you can add whatever pieces are most relevant to your context.
